Christmas is coming!

Christmas is coming!

Cleve House School and Little Cleve Nursery were delighted to welcome the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress to open their 2016 Christmas Fayre. We were entertained by the very talented QEH band and with their Christmas songs and wonderful music created a lovely atmosphere. The hall was transformed with stalls selling homemade items, raffle prizes, lights and pupils could visit Father Christmas in his grotto too! A grand total of £748 was raised this year…

Well done to Mr Wardle and his team of supportive parents and staff who go to a lot of trouble to make this event such a success!

Pupils at Cleve House School prepare for Christmas by trimming the beautiful Christmas tree (kindly donated by the grandparents of Uma and Ivy) with their wonderful handmade ornaments. Well done to everyone who entered the competition – it was very difficult to choose the winners!

Children got to chose Christmas gifts for relatives and friends in the school’s annual Pick ‘n Wrap. Thank you to the parent helpers and to Form 5 who helped in wrapping and writing the gift labels.
